We started Selah Creative because we kept meeting talented agents who were drowning — not in clients, but in software. A CRM here, a website builder there, leads bought from a marketplace that sold the same name to three other people down the street.
We believed there was a better way. Instead of selling one more tool, we decided to build the whole thing: a website that's genuinely yours, visibility that reaches people where they actually search, marketing that runs without you, leads that are real and exclusive, and a single portal to see it all.

Selah Creative was founded and is owned by Julissa Zimmerman, an actively licensed New Jersey real-estate salesperson (Lic. Ref. No. 2325682) with DKR Realty LLC, doing business as Realty One Group Sunrise. The platform exists because she lived the problem it solves — the stitched-together software, the resold leads, the marketing that never gets done.
The referral side is run the compliant way: Selah Creative LLC is registered with the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (Entity Reg. 01394), and referral compensation is administered through licensed brokers. That's why this isn't a lead-selling website — it's a licensed professional's system, opened up to other agents.
