Selah Creative ("Selah," "we," "us") operates selahcreative.media and provides websites, marketing, visibility, and lead services for real-estate professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — in plain English.
Information we collect
When you fill out a form on this site (for example, to register for an event or request a call), we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, market, and your message. On the websites we build and operate for real-estate agents, inquiry forms collect the same kinds of contact details. We also receive basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) used to keep our sites fast and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, provide the services you asked about, send event details you registered for, and operate our platform. If you submit a real-estate inquiry on one of the agent websites we operate, we share that inquiry with the licensed real-estate agent who serves your area so they can help you — that is the purpose of the form. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS) privacy
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about the matter you contacted us about — such as event details, your inquiry, or service updates. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors and platform providers that send messages on our behalf, and as described above solely to fulfill the service you requested (for example, connecting your inquiry with your local agent).
Emails we send include an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing email does not affect messages we must send about services you actively use.
How long we keep information
We keep contact records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing support@selahcreative.media. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link.
