Changelog

The platform, getting better on a weekly rhythm.

Every feature below shipped to real agent websites and portals — nothing aspirational, no roadmap padding. Agents are texted when something new lands; the full history lives here.

  1. v3.1July 18, 2026Rolling out

    Instant home valuations

    • “What's my home worth?” now answers itself — visitors type an address and see an estimated value, a realistic range, and 12 months of neighborhood trend, live on your site, in your site's design.
    • Recent comparable sales shape every estimate; the full comp-by-comp report unlocks when the homeowner leaves their contact details — which files a qualified seller lead straight into your pipeline.
    • You get a text the moment someone unlocks a report, with the address and estimated range.
    • Valuations are computed from public-records data — independent of MLS data, as MLS rules require.
  2. v3.0July 18, 2026New

Drive for Dollars, fulfilled in seconds

    • Submit any address from your portal's Drive for Dollars tab and the owner's name, phone, and mailing address are researched automatically and posted to your request card — typically in seconds, not days.
    • You're texted the moment a result is ready; when no contact can be verified, the card says so honestly and the request is flagged for a human second look.
    • Every result stays organized on your portal timeline.
  3. v2.4July 17, 2026

Mission Control — your portal's new command deck

    • A dashboard layer above your lead ledger: active-lead tiles, response-rate ring, a 7-day arrivals chart, pipeline bar, and a needs-attention queue that surfaces exactly which leads are on the clock.
    • Built into each portal in that site's own design. The lead list, statuses, and save flow you already know are untouched underneath.
  4. v2.3July 17, 2026

    Live listings on every site

    • Current Listings pages went live across the fleet — thousands of active and pending North Jersey listings with photos, updated throughout the day, searchable by town, ZIP, price, and beds.
    • Every site presents listings in its own design, with full MLS-compliance formatting and attribution.
  5. v2.1July 16, 2026

The instant layer — texting goes live

    • Carrier-approved business texting is on: new-lead alerts, 48-hour reminders, and reassignment notices now reach you by text, each carrying a direct link to your portal.
    • Quiet hours are respected automatically (8am–9pm ET); reply STOP any time to opt out.
    • Event registrations confirm themselves by text within seconds.
  6. v2.0July 2, 2026

    The autonomous dispatcher

    • Fresh seller leads are matched to your towns and delivered to your portal on a daily rhythm — with sensible caps, a trial ramp for new agents, and automatic pause rules that protect lead quality.
    • Send a lead back with one click and the dispatcher replaces it.
  7. v1.2June 28–30, 2026

    Accountability, wired both ways

    • Portal saves sync to the brokerage CRM automatically — your status updates and outcome notes land where the broker already works.
    • The 48-hour first-contact clock became real: untouched leads reassign automatically (weekend-aware), so every lead gets a fast first call from someone.
    • Website contact forms began filing leads directly into the pipeline with consent recorded.
  8. v1.0June 24–25, 2026

    The engine room

    • The shared lead platform launched: private per-agent portals behind real logins, per-agent lead isolation, and a live sync with the brokerage CRM.
    • The foundation every release since is built on.

On the platform? You'll get a short text when a new feature reaches your site — no action needed, ever. Not on the platform yet? This is what working with us feels like.
